Laser Cutting
Laser cutting offers a far superior finish to most other cutting methods, such as plasma. Using our Bystronic Laser, we can cut within 0.25mm accuracy on up to 12mm thick steel, 8mm stainless steel and 6mm thick aluminium, whilst efficiently nesting parts on the sheets to keep waste to a minimum. With our high-speed laser cutting, there is no limit to the variations of shapes that you can cut within a 3m x 1.5m sheet capacity.
As metal stockholders, we always have large stocks of steel, aluminium and stainless steel in sheet, box section, tube and angle, meaning we offer a fast turnaround of 1-3 days on most materials and aim to quote you with a competitive price within 3 hours of sending your CAD drawing to us. Fabrication & Welding
Our Laser Cutting Service is complemented perfectly by our full fabrication service, including folding, welding and finishing. With a fully equipped workshop and a highly skilled team of sheet metal fabricators and welders, we use the Bystronic Xpert Pressbrake with a 150-tonne capacity to produce precision folds on up to 8mm thick material and 3m in length.
Using the sophisticated Autodesk Inventor 3D CAD/CAM software, we can calculate bending allowances to give incredibly accurate folds, allowing us to quickly take your product through the entire process, from drawing, to cut, to the fabricated product.
We use the latest skills and technology alongside MIG and TIG welding techniques, perfect for creating complex shapes, folds and welds from custom designed stainless and aluminium products. For perfect results every time, our metal products come with a high-quality metal finish to suit your needs, from polishing and painting to powder coating, our experienced team can help decide which finish is best for you and your product.
